Long-term and year-round rentals in Alcocéber

- How long you'll really stay. A summer month is not the same as October to May. Tell us your dates and the reason for your stay: the type of contract depends on it, and we'll explain it before you book.
- What the price includes. Ask whether utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included or paid separately, and whether there's cleaning during the stay.
- The deposit and the conditions, always in writing.
- Winter. Heating, a lift and being close to shops and the health centre matter more in January than in August.
