The Las Brisas apartments in Alcossebre, also known as the Las Brisas development or, on some portals, Brisas Arenas, form a medium-sized residence in the southern part of the coast. This page gathers, independently, the public information on its location, its features and what the few reviews published on the portals say.
Where Residencial Las Brisas is
Las Brisas is in the Tres Platges area, in the southern part of Alcossebre, between El Moro beach and Manyetes. It is an area of residential developments surrounded by vegetation, away from the town centre and the seafront promenade.
Guests describe the surroundings as quiet and natural, and value it for that. In return, they agree on two drawbacks:
- It is far from the town and the nightlife.
- The beach is a long walk away or a few minutes by car, according to reviews.
These are the beaches of the southern area:
- Tres Platges (Tres Playas): 400 × 35 m of fine sand and pebbles spread over three small linked coves. It is an unsupervised bathing area, with no lifeguard.
- El Moro: 300 × 30 m of fine sand between rocks, with lifeguards, showers, toilets and a Blue Flag in 2026.
- Manyetes (Tropicana): 400 × 35 m, sand to the north and pebbles to the south, a quiet atmosphere and dunes; also with a Blue Flag.
- Romana beach: further north, 500 m of fine sand, accessible and with a Blue Flag, linked to Carregador by the Senda Litoral.
For families with small children, El Moro, with lifeguards, or Romana, accessible and with fine sand, are the most convenient; the Tres Platges coves have no supervision.
What the residence is like
According to public data, Las Brisas is a development of 40 apartments spread over three-storey blocks, built in 2007, with a shared pool. Reviews add some details:
- A large, uncrowded pool.
- A padel court on the grounds.
- Free parking.
- Apartments with a terrace, described as pretty and clean.
- A well-maintained development.
One old review mentions the presence of ants, attributed to the natural surroundings. No other facilities are listed in the listings consulted.

| Booking.com | 9.0/10 | 1 |
| Tripadvisor | 3.0/5 | 1 |
| Atrápalo | 9.1/10 | 2 |

Before reading the scores, a warning: Las Brisas has very few published reviews, only 5 across the four portals, and almost all are old (from 2009 to 2016), except the Booking one. Moreover, not all the listings correspond to the same thing:
- The Booking listing (9.0) is for one specific unit, the "Las Brisas 35" apartment from Albert Villas, with a single review.
- The Atrápalo one (9.1, 2 reviews) is the "Brisas / Arenas" listing of the operator Lloguers Altamar.
- Tripadvisor (3/5) and Central de Reservas (8/10) have one review each.
- On Google Maps it only appears as Albert Villas accommodation, with no score of its own, and there is no Expedia listing.
With so little data, the 8.2 average is indicative. What does repeat across the reviews:
What is valued
- The development: quiet, well maintained and in a natural setting.
- The pool, large and with few people, and the padel court.
- The apartments, pretty and clean: the Booking listing gives a 10 for cleanliness, comfort and facilities.
- An ideal atmosphere for families with children.
What some guests point out
- Distance from the town and the nightlife.
- The beach is not a step away: you have to walk quite a while or take the car. The location sub-score is the lowest on the three portals with sub-scores (7.5 on Booking, 6.0 on Central de Reservas and 5.0 on Atrápalo).
- Ants, in one old review.
Our assessment
From what the available data show, Las Brisas is a quiet, well-kept development with good shared areas, whose weak point is location: neither the beach nor the town is a short walk away. The scarcity and age of the reviews prevent firm conclusions about the current state of the apartments, which also depend on each owner and operator.
Strengths
- A natural, quiet setting.
- A large, uncrowded pool, a padel court and free parking.
- A relatively recent development (2007) and well maintained.
Weaknesses
- Far from the centre and the town's atmosphere.
- The beach is a long walk or by car.
- Very few reviews, and old ones.
Who it is ideal for
- Families with children who spend a good part of the day at the pool and value quiet.
- Couples looking for rest who get around by car.
- Padel fans, because of the court on the grounds.
It is not the best option if you want to walk to the beach, the restaurants or the seafront promenade.
Tips if you stay at Las Brisas
- Come by car: it is almost essential for the beach, shopping and the centre.
- Ask the operator about the specific apartment: with several managers and individual units, the condition and equipment may vary.
- Choose a beach according to your plan: for children, El Moro, with lifeguards; for a quiet swim, the Tres Platges coves, with no supervision.
- Pay attention to the date of the reviews you read: many are more than ten years old.
Around the residence and things to do
- Southern beaches and coves: Tres Platges, El Moro and Manyetes; further south, Serradal (L'Estany), with pebbles and a dog area.
- Senda Litoral: a wooden walkway between Romana beach and Carregador.
- Alcossebre market: on Tuesdays from May to October, by the seafront promenade.
- Serra d'Irta: north of the town, next to the lighthouse and Cala Blanca, route 2 to Cala Cubanita (12.8 km, easy) and the Ruta del Cranc by bike to Peñíscola (13.2 km) begin. In summer, the park's coast requires a booking to drive in (GVA Parcs Naturals app).
- Day trips: Alcalà de Xivert (~9 km), Torreblanca (~9 km), Peñíscola (~32 km) or the Aquarama water park in Benicàssim (~35 km).
