Where it is: the centre of Alcossebre
The building is at Carrer Roure, 2, in the Cargador and centre area, the part of Alcocéber with the most services: shops, restaurants and seafront promenade on foot.
Cargador beach is the main beach of the village:

- Protected dune system and seafront promenade.
- Fully accessible, with a sailing club and paddle surf hire.

Advantages of the area: everything close at hand without a car. Drawbacks: in summer there is more activity and parking on the street is harder.
