The Racó del Vale development in Alcossebre is one of the residential areas inland from the town, in the Tossalet area, towards the interior and away from the front line. Its name usually appears in property listings for villas, and this page summarises where it is, what the surroundings are like and where to rent if you are looking for a holiday in the area.
It is an informative and independent page: Casa Azahar does not manage homes in Racó del Vale.
Where Racó del Vale is
The development is in the Racó del Vale district, within the municipality of Alcalà de Xivert (Castellón), in the area of developments that extends inland from Alcossebre, in the area known as the Tossalet.
It is not next to the sea. The reference beach is Cargador, the main one in the town: about 850 m of fine sand, fully accessible, with a promenade and a Blue Flag every year since 1987. From the inland developments, the usual way to get to the beach and the centre is by car.
Advantages of the area: a quiet residential atmosphere, with villas and plots. Drawbacks: you depend on the car for the beach, shops and restaurants.
What the development is like
Racó del Vale is a development of villas owned by private individuals. The sources consulted do not record communal areas or services of its own, so we do not take them for granted.
Holiday rental: as of October 2026 the development only appears in local estate agents' sale listings. There is no record of holiday rental offers or reviews on Booking, Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas.
