The Blaumar building in Alcossebre (Blaumar apartments) is a residential block in the town centre, which agencies describe as having a communal pool and parking. On OpenStreetMap it appears as the Blaumar building, and Google has an accommodation listing at that same spot, with no reviews.
It should not be confused with other accommodations with similar names: neither the Apartamento Blavamar on Avenida Blasco Ibáñez nor the Apartamentos Maestrazgo Blavamar (Apartamentos 3000).
The flats belong to private owners and some are rented for seasonal stays through a local agency (InmoAlcossebre). Casa Azahar does not manage apartments in Blaumar and does not take bookings for it: this page is informational and independent.
Where is the Blaumar building in Alcocéber
Blaumar is in the centre of Alcossebre, in the town's urban fabric. The nearest beach is Cargador, the town's main beach:
- About 850 metres of fine sand and 70 wide, with protected dunes.
- Blue Flag without interruption since 1987, including 2026.
- Accessible, with a sailing club, paddle surf and a seafront promenade.
Living in the centre has clear advantages: shops, bars and services close at hand, and the beach a short walk away. The downside is the same as in any town centre in summer: more traffic and more bustle. The fact that the building has parking helps in that respect.

According to the agencies' listings, Blaumar has:

No other facilities are mentioned, nor any information on a lift or apartment types. As there are no guest reviews on any portal, we cannot give a rating or a summary of opinions either.
Around the area and things to do
- Cargador beach and seafront promenade, a short walk from the building.
- Senda Litoral: a wooden walkway to Romana beach.
- Las Fuentes beach and marina, to the north, with freshwater springs in the sand.
- Serra d'Irta Natural Park, with walking and cycling trails from Cala Blanca and the lighthouse.
- Alcalà de Xivert, about 9 km away, with its 68-metre octagonal bell tower.
How to get there
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then head for the centre.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.
- By plane: Castellón airport is about 22 km away (around 25 minutes) and Valencia airport about 123 km (approx. 1 h 30 min).
