The El Pinar development in Alcossebre (urbanització el Pinar) is a group of villas located inland, north of the urban centre, already away from the front row. On OpenStreetMap it appears as Urbanització el Pinar.
All we have found are sale listings for homes through local estate agents. No holiday rental offer is listed on Booking, Google, Tripadvisor or the other portals consulted as of October 2026, and there are no guest reviews. Where El Pinar in Alcocéber is
El Pinar is part of the inland developments of Alcossebre, north of the town. From here, the urban beaches are a few minutes away by car:
- Las Fuentes (Les Fonts) beach: about 400 metres of fine sand, with freshwater springs in the sand itself and services in season.
- Cargador beach: the town's main one, with about 850 metres of fine sand and a Blue Flag every year without interruption since 1987.
Living in an inland development usually means more space and peace and quiet in exchange for depending on a car for the beach, shopping and the centre.
What the development is like
The sources only indicate that it is a villa development. We have found no reliable data on shared services, pools or plot sizes, so we do not take them for granted. If you are interested in buying in it, the specific information will be held by the estate agent advertising each home.
What is around
- Serra d'Irta Natural Park: north of Alcossebre, with walking and cycling routes. From Cala Blanca start route 2 (12.8 km, low difficulty) and the Ruta del Cranc mountain bike route to Peñíscola. From the Montemar development starts the short route to the hermitage of Santa Llúcia i Sant Benet (1.3 km).
- Alcossebre town centre and seafront promenade, with restaurants and shops.
- Alcalà de Xivert, about 9 km away.
How to get there
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away, with Media Distancia trains.
- By plane: Castellón airport about 22 km away (about 25 minutes) and Valencia about 123 km (approx. 1 h 30 min).
