The Jazmines townhouses in Alcossebre are a small group of townhouses next to Romana beach, in the southern part of Alcocéber's urban centre. They appear on estate agency websites and as accommodation from the Marineu agency, but at the time of checking (October 2026) they have no reviews on Google or an active listing on Booking. This page is independent and only covers location and surroundings data.
What the Jazmines Playa Romana townhouses are
According to the listings consulted, they are 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses with a garden. No other shared facilities (pool, parking or sports areas) are listed in the sources, so it is worth checking them on each specific listing. On Google there are two listings, "Apartamentos Los Jazmines Alcossebre" and "Apartamentos Marineu Jazmines", both with no reviews.
As they are townhouses, the format is different from the apartment blocks in the centre: more independence and your own outdoor space, in exchange for being somewhat further from the main shopping area.
Where they are: the Romana beach area
The houses are on Camí de l'Atall, in the Romana beach area, about 100 m from the beach according to the listings.
Romana beach has these features:
- 500 m long and about 40 m wide, with fine sand.
- It is accessible and has a Blue Flag in 2026.
- A wooden walkway, the Senda Litoral, links it on foot with Cargador beach, the town's main one.
To the south follow El Moro beach (300 m of fine sand between rocks, also with a Blue Flag) and the Tres Platges coves. The Romana area is more residential than the centre. Nearby is the Tourist Info Alcossebre-Romana information point.
What is around
- Senda Litoral and a stroll to Cargador, for walking to the centre.
- Cargador beach: 850 m of fine sand, a Blue Flag every year since 1987, a sailing club and paddle surf hire.
- Alcossebre market: Tuesday evenings, from May to October, on Camí l'Atall, by the seafront promenade.
- Serra d'Irta Natural Park, north of the town, with walking and cycling routes from Cala Blanca and the lighthouse. In summer, driving onto the park's coast requires a booking in the GVA Parcs Naturals app.
How to get to the Jazmines townhouses
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or via the N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then head for Romana beach.
- Approximate distances: Castellón, about 50 km; Valencia, about 120 km; Barcelona, about 240 km; Madrid, about 465 km.
- Airports: Castellón (about 22 km), Valencia (about 123 km), Reus (about 145 km) and Barcelona (about 230 km).
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.
