Urbanización Pascua in Alcossebre groups several residential blocks numbered Pascua I to Pascua VII, located between Cargador beach and Romana beach. Apartments are often advertised as "Pascua IV", "Pascua V" or "Pascua 6", depending on the block. This page is independent and gathers the location, the facilities listed and the surroundings.
What Urbanización Pascua is
According to estate agents' listings, it is a development of apartment blocks with:
- Communal pool.
- Gardens.
- Tennis court.
- Parking.
On OpenStreetMap the blocks "Pascua I", "Pascua Tres" and "Pascua VII" appear. The total number of homes, whether the blocks have a lift and the apartment types, which may vary from one block to another, are not stated.
Rental and reviews
Several local agencies, such as Marejada, Inalko, Albert Villas or Marineu, advertise apartments in the development for holiday rental. On Google there are accommodation listings such as "Pascua V Apartamento Playa Cargador" or "Apartamento Marineu Pascua V", but none has reviews at the time of consultation, and there are no listings with reviews on Booking or other portals. For that reason there is no guest rating to summarise.
Where it is: between Cargador and Romana
The development is on Carrer dels Camps, in the Romana beach area, halfway between the two beaches with the most services in the town:

- Romana beach: 500 × 40 m of fine sand, accessible and with a Blue Flag in 2026.
- Cargador beach: 850 × 70 m of fine sand, a protected dune system, a sailing club and a Blue Flag every year since 1987.
Both are linked by the Senda Litoral, a wooden boardwalk by the sea. The area is more residential than the centre. Nearby is the Alcossebre-Romana Tourist Info.
