Noara Residence is a new-build residential development in Alcossebre, located in the northern part of the town, above Las Fuentes and heading towards the Ribamar area. As of October 2026 it appears only in estate agents' sale listings; on Google Maps it has a listing as a housing complex with a single review, and it does not appear on Booking, Tripadvisor or other holiday rental portals. This page is independent and summarises its location and surroundings.
What Noara Residence is
According to the listings, it is a new-build residence with sea views. The sources consulted do not detail communal areas, number of homes or types, so this information should be checked with the seller. As a recent development on sale, there are no guest reviews to analyse.
Where it is: between Las Fuentes and Ribamar
Carrer de la Penya Ventosa is at the northern end of the Alcossebre built-up area, close to the southern entrance of the Serra d'Irta Natural Park. It is a quiet residential area, with the marina and Les Fonts beach to the south and the park's unspoilt coastline to the north.
Reference beaches and coves:
- Les Fonts / Las Fuentes beach: about 400 × 40 m of fine sand, with freshwater springs in the sand, lifeguards and a children's area.
- Cala Blanca: a small cove of sand and pebbles next to the lighthouse, about 30 × 10 m; the local tourism website rates its access as difficult. It is the starting point of several routes in the park.
- Cala Mundina, further north, the southern boundary of the natural park. The coves have no lifeguards or services.
What is around
- Alcossebre lighthouse, at Cala Blanca, the start of the park's route 2 (12.8 km to the Font de la Parra, low difficulty) and of the red route (8.5 km circular).
- Ruta del Cranc: the coastal track from Ribamar to Peñíscola, 13.2 km by bike, low difficulty. In summer, driving to this coast requires a booking in the GVA Parcs Naturals app.
- Las Fuentes marina, with the Alcossebre Sailing Club and boat trips.
- Alcossebre centre and Cargador beach, to the south.
Getting to Noara Residence
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then follow signs for Las Fuentes and Ribamar.
- Approximate distances: Castellón, about 50 km; Valencia, about 120 km; Zaragoza, about 255 km; Madrid, about 465 km.
- Airports: Castellón (about 22 km), Valencia (about 123 km), Reus (about 145 km) and Barcelona (about 230 km).
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.

As Noara Residence does not offer holiday rentals, here are Casa Azahar options in the north of the town:

No Casa Azahar building accepts pets.
