From the development you can reach Cargador beach and its promenade. The Senda Litoral, a wooden boardwalk by the sea, leads to Romana beach, 500 metres long and also with a Blue Flag. To the north, the Las Fuentes marina and Las Fuentes beach, with freshwater springs that bubble up in the sand.
For nature lovers, the Serra d'Irta Natural Park begins just past the lighthouse: about 12 km of protected coastline, with the Ruta del Cranc by bike to Peñíscola (13.2 km, low difficulty) and the walking route from Cala Blanca to Cala Cubanita (12.8 km, low difficulty). In summer, to drive to the park's coast you must book a space in the GVA Parcs Naturals app.
In the town you can try oven-baked rice, suquet de peix (fish stew) or almond sweets, and about 9 km away is Alcalà de Xivert, with its 68-metre bell tower.

- By car: via the AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or via the N-340 and the CV-142. From Zaragoza it is about 255 km (approx. 3 h 30 min); from Madrid, about 465 km; from Bilbao, about 565 km.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away, with regional trains to Valencia and Barcelona.
- By air: Castellón airport about 22 km (approx. 25 min); Valencia, about 123 km (approx. 1 h 30 min).

Casa Azahar, the local agency in Alcossebre, does not manage Nova Vita, but it does have these buildings in the Cargador area:
