ONA Residencial (also advertised as Luxury Ona Residencial) is a recently built housing development in the Cargador area of Alcossebre. The agency Albert Villas advertises some of its apartments for holiday rental. This page is independent and gathers the location, the surroundings and what the portals show.
What ONA Residencial is
According to estate agents' listings, it is a recently built residence with a communal pool, promoted as high-end. The sources do not detail the number of homes, whether there is a lift or parking, or the apartment types.
What the portals say
On Booking there are two listings for apartments in the residence: "Ona Residencial Luxury Alcossebre ALBERT VILLAS", with a single review (10/10), and "Luxury Ona Residencial - Playa Cargador ALBERT VILLAS", with no rating. A single stay in one particular flat does not allow us to speak of a rating for the complex as a whole.
On Google Maps there is an ONA Residencial listing with 3.4/5 from 12 reviews, but it belongs to the developer and its reviews are not from guests, so they are not taken into account here.
Where it is: the Cargador area
The residence is at Carretera de Alcossebre, 2, in the Cargador beach area, one of the liveliest in the town.
Cargador beach is the main beach in the town:
- 850 m long and about 70 m wide, with fine sand.
- Protected dune system, with a colony of sea lilies.
- Fully accessible, with a sailing club and paddle surf hire.
- Blue Flag every year since 1987.
What is around
- Senda Litoral: a wooden boardwalk between Cargador and Romana beach (500 m of fine sand, Blue Flag in 2026).
- Alcossebre centre, with Plaza Vista Alegre and the Tourist Info.
- Alcossebre market: Tuesday afternoons, from May to October, on Camí l'Atall.
- Serra d'Irta Natural Park, to the north, with routes from Cala Blanca and the lighthouse.
Getting to ONA Residencial
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then follow signs for Cargador beach.
- Approximate distances: Castellón, about 50 km; Valencia, about 120 km; Barcelona, about 240 km; Madrid, about 465 km.
- Airports: Castellón (about 22 km), Valencia (about 123 km), Reus (about 145 km) and Barcelona (about 230 km).
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.
