Where Palma Blanca is
Residencial Palma Blanca is at the northern end of the Las Fuentes area, beyond the marina and the buildings near the beach. It is a quiet residential area, with sea views from many terraces.

This location has two sides:
- Pros: silence, a pretty setting, a pool with few people and hassle-free parking, as guests highlight.
- Cons: the beach is a long way to walk according to several reviews, so getting around by car is the norm. In addition, keys are collected at another point in the town, at the agency's office.
The nearest beach is Las Fuentes (Les Fonts): 400 metres of fine sand with freshwater springs bubbling up at the shoreline, lifeguards, showers, a children's area and equipment hire. Next to it is the Las Fuentes marina. For Blue Flag beaches, Carregador, Romana, El Moro and Manyetes have it in 2026.
To the north begins the coast of the Serra d'Irta Natural Park, with the Alcossebre lighthouse and Cala Blanca as its gateway.

What Residencial Palma Blanca is like
Palma Blanca is a two-phase residence with landscaped communal areas and a communal pool. Guests describe the pool as quiet, with few people, and the grounds as pretty and very peaceful. There is free parking without difficulty.
Inside, the apartments have a terrace (highly valued), a kitchen with plenty of utensils and wifi. Some units have a fireplace, an unusual feature in Alcossebre that makes the residence interesting for autumn or winter getaways; the photos on the Casa Azahar listing show a living room with a fireplace, a terrace with a garden, two bedrooms and the pool with sea views.
What is worth knowing, according to the reviews:
- No towels or soap are provided: you need to bring them.
- The furniture and equipment are dated in some of the apartments, and some bathrooms and kitchens need renovating.
- The check-out time is early.
As in all Casa Azahar buildings, pets are not allowed.

- Google, Atrápalo and Central de Reservas correspond to Palma Blanca 3000, from the manager Apartamentos 3000.
- Tripadvisor has a generic "Apartamentos Palma Blanca" listing with only 2 reviews (1/5).

Our assessment
Palma Blanca is a good option for those who prioritise peace and quiet, views and convenient parking over having the beach below the house. It works especially well if you travel by car and like getting around the area: Las Fuentes, the marina and the Serra d'Irta are a few minutes away by car.
Strengths
- Very quiet setting, with sea views.
- Uncrowded pool and easy free parking.
- Casa Azahar staff very highly rated (9.2).
- Fireplace in some apartments, ideal out of season.
Weaknesses
- Beach far away on foot.
- Some of the equipment is dated.
- No towels or soap; early check-out.
Ideal for
- Couples and older travellers looking for calm and views, also in autumn or winter.
- Families with a car who want a quiet pool and no trouble parking.
- Hikers and cyclists who want to be near the Serra d'Irta.
If you want to walk to the beach, a building in Las Fuentes next to the promenade is better (you have options at the end).
