The Prestige apartments are two housing blocks (Prestige Block A and Block B) right on the coast of the Serra d'Irta Natural Park, north of Alcossebre. The park itself uses them as a geographical reference for one of its car parks. This short page explains where they are, how to get there and where to rent nearby.
Where the Prestige apartments in Alcossebre are
The Prestige blocks are on the coast of the Serra d'Irta Natural Park, in the municipality of Alcalà de Xivert, along the coastal track that runs from Alcossebre to Peñíscola. Following the coast from south to north, the order is as follows:

- Cala Blanca and the Alcossebre lighthouse, the start of the routes.
- Cala Mundina, the southern limit of the park.
- Serradal beach (Irta), a bar of pebbles reached on foot along the coastal path.
- Prestige apartments zone, with a regulated car park of 6 spaces.
- Cala Cubanita, at the mouth of the Font de la Parra ravine, the boundary between Alcalà de Xivert and Peñíscola.
Do not confuse this Serradal with Serradal / L'Estany beach, which is south of Alcossebre.
The park's coves have no lifeguards or services. For a beach day with children, the town beaches of Alcossebre are more comfortable.
What type of building it is
According to the OpenStreetMap inventory and mapping, Prestige are residential apartment blocks, identified as block A and block B. The sources do not list services such as a pool or private parking, or the type of homes.
Ratings and holiday rental
As of October 2026 there are no public ratings: they have no listing on Google Maps (the search returns estate agents and a clothes shop with the same name), Booking, Tripadvisor, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas. There is no record of holiday rental offers on the portals consulted.
What is around
- Park route 2 (Faro d'Irta - Cala Cubanita - Font de la Parra): 12.8 km, low difficulty, about 3 h 25 min from Cala Blanca.
- Red route "A landscape of contrasts": 8.5 km circular and low difficulty, from the lighthouse to Cala Cubanita.
- Ruta del Cranc by mountain bike: 13.2 km along the coastal track to Peñíscola, low difficulty.
- Dwarf fan palm flora, the only native European palm, and birds such as Audouin's gull.
Getting there
You reach it from Alcossebre along the Ribamar track, the park's coastal track, with a maximum speed of 30 km/h and priority for pedestrians. In summer, driving to the park's coast is only allowed with a reserved parking space in the GVA Parcs Naturals app; the dates change every year, so check them on the park's website. To get to Alcossebre: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142. More details in how to get to Alcossebre.
