Residencial Sócrates is an apartment complex in Alcossebre that the agency Lloguers Altamar advertises as "Residencial Socrates Altamar". It is one of the complexes with the least public information in the town, and we prefer to say so clearly rather than fill the gaps with guesswork.
Where is Residencial Sócrates?
We have not been able to verify the location of Residencial Sócrates. The only public listing, on Central de Reservas, does not let us confirm its address or coordinates, and it does not appear on Google Maps. If you are interested, ask the agency for the exact address before booking: in Alcossebre, the area makes a big difference to the experience.
To help you get your bearings, these are the main areas of the town:
- Las Fuentes and the marina (north): Les Fonts beach, with freshwater springs in the sand, and the marina.
- Cargador and centre: the main beach, 850 × 70 m, with a promenade and a Blue Flag without interruption since 1987, next to the town centre.
- Romana beach: 500 × 40 m of fine sand, linked to Cargador by the Senda Litoral.
- South area: El Moro, Tres Platges and Manyetes, quieter and residential.
- Serra d'Irta (far north): protected coast, coves and trails.
What kind of building is it?
According to the complex inventory, Sócrates is a residential complex. The sources do not mention facilities such as a pool, parking or a lift, nor the type of apartments.
Ratings: why the score is not reliable
The Central de Reservas listing shows a 10.0 from a single review, but that rating has no text and the listing itself says there are no reviews yet. For that reason we do not use it as a reference or show it as an average score. There are no listings on Google Maps, Booking, Tripadvisor or Atrápalo.
In short: there are no reliable public ratings for Residencial Sócrates as of October 2026.
How to get to Alcocéber
Take the AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or the N-340 and CV-142. The nearest airports are Castellón (about 22 km) and Valencia (about 123 km), and Alcalà de Xivert train station is about 10 km away. From Zaragoza it is about 255 km and from Madrid about 465 km.
