The Sotavento apartments in Alcossebre are in a building in the centre of the town, in the Cargador beach area. In ads it appears as Sotavento 1 or Sotavento 2. Here is what is on record: location, surroundings, how to get there and rental alternatives in the same area.
This page is informational and independent: Casa Azahar does not manage apartments in the Sotavento building.
Where is the Sotavento building?
The building is in the centre of Alcossebre, close to Cargador beach (Alcalà de Xivert, Castellón). The beach, the promenade and most shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

Cargador beach is the town's main beach: about 850 m long and 70 m wide, fine sand, fully accessible and with a Blue Flag without interruption since 1987. It has a protected dune system, a sailing club and stand-up paddle board hire.
Advantages of the area: everything within reach without a car. Drawbacks: in high summer it is the busiest area and parking is harder.
What is the building like?
Sotavento is an apartment building. The sources consulted give no details on communal areas, lift or parking, so ask whoever is renting the apartment about these points.
Holiday rental: the agency InmoAlcossebre rents apartments in the building. On Booking's search, one specific apartment appears ("Sotavento 2.º C"), but its listing could not be viewed. As of October 2026 there is no listing of its own for the building and no reviews on Google, Booking, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas.
