The Porta Alcossebre building is an apartment residence right in the Cargador area, the main beach of Alcossebre. Its name appears mainly in local agency listings, so it can be hard to find information about it. Here is what is known: location, surroundings, how to get there and rental alternatives nearby.
This page is informative and independent: Casa Azahar does not manage apartments in Porta Alcossebre.
Where the Porta Alcossebre building is
Porta Alcossebre is about 50 metres from Cargador beach, in the centre of Alcossebre (Alcalà de Xivert, Castellón). It is a practical location: the beach, promenade, shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away.

Cargador beach is about 850 m long and 70 m wide, with fine sand, is fully accessible, and has had a Blue Flag every year since 1987. It preserves a dune system of high ecological value and has a sailing club and paddle surf hire.
Advantages of the area: everything at hand without a car and a wide beach with services. Drawbacks: in July and August it is the area with the most atmosphere and activity in the town, and parking is harder than in the developments.
What the building is like
Porta Alcossebre is a residential apartment building. The sources consulted do not detail its communal areas (pool, lift or parking), so if you are interested in a specific apartment, ask the person renting it about these points.
Holiday rental: the agency Albert Villas rents some apartments in the building individually. As of October 2026 we have not found a listing of its own for the building on Booking, Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas, and therefore there are no ratings for the complex as a whole.
