The Residencial Aguamar in Alcossebre (Aguamar apartments, which some agencies advertise as Aguamar seafront) is a seafront apartment block in the Las Fuentes area. According to the rental listings, it has a garden and a communal pool.
The apartments belong to private owners. Some are offered as holiday rentals, with their tourist registration number, through a local agency (InmoAlcossebre). Google has an accommodation listing under the name Aguamar, primera línea mar (Las Fuentes), with no reviews, and we have not found listings on Booking, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas.

Where is Residencial Aguamar in Alcocéber
Aguamar is in Las Fuentes, the northern part of Alcossebre, right by the sea. It is a residential area with a seafront promenade, close to the marina and to the start of the Serra d'Irta.
- Las Fuentes beach (Les Fonts): about 400 metres of fine sand, with freshwater springs that rise in the sand itself. It has lifeguards, toilets, showers, ramps, a children's area and equipment hire.
- Las Fuentes marina: home to the Club de Vela Alcossebre, with a sailing school and boat trips, including visits to the Columbretes Islands.
- Cala Blanca and the lighthouse, to the north, where the trails of the Serra d'Irta Natural Park begin.
To reach the town centre you can follow the seafront promenade on foot.

According to the agencies, Aguamar is a seafront block with:
- A garden.
- A communal pool.
No other reliable details are available, such as a lift, parking or apartment types. As there are no guest reviews on any portal, we cannot give a rating for the building either.
Around the area and things to do
- Seafront promenade from Las Fuentes to the Cargador, the town's main beach.
- Serra d'Irta Natural Park: route 2 (Faro d'Irta - Cala Cubanita - Font de la Parra, 12.8 km, easy) and the Ruta del Cranc mountain-bike trail (13.2 km) to Peñíscola both start from Cala Blanca.
- Water sports from the marina: sailing, diving and kayaking.
How to get there
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then follow signs to the marina and Las Fuentes.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.
- By plane: Castellón airport is about 22 km away (around 25 minutes) and Valencia airport about 123 km (approx. 1 h 30 min).
