The Aralar townhouses in Alcossebre, also known as Aralar terraced houses or Aralar Las Fuentes, are a development of terraced family houses with a communal pool and garage, on Calle Aralar. Local agencies place it about 500 metres from Las Fuentes beach.

Where are the Aralar townhouses in Alcocéber
Aralar is in Las Fuentes, the northern part of Alcossebre, in a quiet residential setting a little set back from the seafront. Nearby:
- Las Fuentes beach (Les Fonts): about 400 metres of fine sand, with freshwater springs in the sand itself, lifeguards, showers, ramps and a children's area.
- Las Fuentes marina, with the Club de Vela Alcossebre.
- Serra d'Irta, to the north, with trails from Cala Blanca and the lighthouse.
The distance to the beach, about 500 metres, is an easy walk, although some guests with small children find it a little long on foot.

According to the listings and reviews, the houses advertised are spacious, with a garden and garage, and share a communal pool. One guest mentions that the listing made them think the pool was private: the pool is not private, it belongs to the development.

On Booking there is one specific house in the development, with a 6.5 out of 10 and 10 reviews as of October 2026 (location 7.1, cleanliness 7.1, comfort 7.2, value for money 6.7). That rating refers to that property and how it is managed, not to Aralar as a whole. Its reviews praise the size of the house, the peace and quiet, the uncrowded pool and the garage; the criticism concerns cleanliness on arrival, the lack of air conditioning in the living room and the kitchenware in that house. The typical guests are families, almost always Spanish.

- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then head for Las Fuentes.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.
- By plane: Castellón airport is about 22 km away and Valencia airport about 123 km.
