Residencial El Paraíso in Alcossebre (also El Paraíso development or simply Paraíso) is a private development of townhouses with a shared pool and gardens, on Camí de l'Atall, Ribamar area, numbers 26 to 44. Estate agencies place it at Las Fuentes beach.
It should not be confused with Rincón Paraíso, which is in the Fontana Real complex, or with Paraíso Playa Romana, in the south of the town.
The houses belong to different owners and some are rented seasonally through local agencies, such as Albert Villas or Marejada. Casa Azahar does not manage homes in El Paraíso or offer bookings there: this page is informational and independent.
Where El Paraíso in Alcocéber is
El Paraíso is in the northern part of Alcossebre, between Las Fuentes and the Ribamar area, where the town gives way to the Serra d'Irta Natural Park:
- Las Fuentes (Les Fonts) beach: about 400 metres of fine sand, with freshwater springs in the sand itself, lifeguards, showers, ramps and a children's area.
- Cala Blanca and the lighthouse, to the north, where the park's route 2 (12.8 km, low difficulty) and the Ruta del Cranc mountain bike route to Peñíscola start.
- Las Fuentes marina, with the Club de Vela Alcossebre.
What the development is like
According to estate agents and reviews, El Paraíso is a quiet private development of townhouses, with a shared pool and very well-kept gardens and a family atmosphere. No other services are mentioned.
About its ratings
The complex's Google listing has 5.0 out of 5 from 22 reviews. This figure should be read with caution: the reviews are several years old and, judging by their content, seem to have been written mostly by owners or regular visitors, not by rental guests. They highlight the peace and quiet, the pool, the gardens and the setting, but they are of no use for assessing a holiday stay. There are no listings for El Paraíso on Booking or the other portals.
How to get there
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then head to Las Fuentes and Ribamar.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away.
- By plane: Castellón airport about 22 km away (about 25 minutes) and Valencia about 123 km (approx. 1 h 30 min).
