The Residencial Araucaria in Alcossebre, also listed as Araucaria apartments, is a residential building at Camí de l'Atall, 55, next to Cargador beach. On OpenStreetMap it appears under the names Araucaria and Residencial Araucaria.
The apartments belong to private owners. Some units are offered as holiday rentals through a local agency (Marejada), but the building has no listing on Google, Booking or other portals. Casa Azahar does not manage apartments in Araucaria and does not take bookings for it: this page is informational and independent.
Where is Residencial Araucaria in Alcocéber
Araucaria is on Camí de l'Atall, beside the Cargador shoreline. Very close by, on the same street, is Residencial Cala Josep. Cargador beach is the main beach in Alcossebre:
- About 850 metres of fine sand and 70 wide, with protected dunes and sea daffodils.
- Blue Flag without interruption since 1987, including 2026.
- Fully accessible, with a sailing club, paddle surf hire and a seafront promenade.
From here you can walk to the town centre and, along the Senda Litoral, to the quieter Romana beach.
What the building is like
Sources describe it only as a residential building next to Cargador beach. We have found no reliable information on a pool, lift, parking or apartment types, so do not take them for granted: ask the owner or the agency if you are thinking of renting here.
There are no guest reviews on any portal, so we cannot offer a rating or a summary of opinions either.

- Cargador beach and seafront promenade: a few steps away, with bars and restaurants.
- Senda Litoral: a wooden walkway to Romana beach, 500 metres of fine sand, also with a Blue Flag in 2026.
- Las Fuentes beach and marina, following the promenade north.
- Serra d'Irta Natural Park: north of the town, with walking and cycling trails from Cala Blanca and the lighthouse.
How to get there
- By car: AP-7, exit 44 (Alcossebre-Torreblanca), or N-340 and CV-142 to Alcossebre; then head for the seafront promenade and Camí de l'Atall.
- By train: Alcalà de Xivert station, about 10 km away, with medium-distance trains.
- By plane: Castellón airport is about 22 km away (around 25 minutes) and Valencia airport about 123 km (approx. 1 h 30 min).
