The Cap i Corp apartments in Alcossebre, which appear on the portals as "Alquileres Cap y Corp" or "Complejo Cap y Corp", are at the far south of the municipality, in the area known as Capicorb. It is a complex by the sea, away from the centre of Alcocéber, with one of the highest scores on the south coast. In this informational page we summarise its location, its services and what guests say on the public portals. We do not manage this complex or offer bookings there.
Where the Cap i Corp apartments are
The Cap i Corp complex is on the south coast of Alcossebre, the coastal hub of Alcalà de Xivert (Castellón), in the Capicorb area. Its Booking listing places it on Camí de l'Atall, and the Google one locates it on the front row, facing the sea. Guests describe it with the beach a couple of steps away and sea views.
The beach in front is made of stones or pebbles, according to reviews. In this part of the coast, south of the town centre, are Manyetes beach, with sand to the north and pebbles to the south, and Serradal-L'Estany, a very natural beach of rounded pebbles about 1,600 metres long.
Advantages of the area:
- Almost total peace and quiet: it is a place to switch off.
- The sea in front and views from many terraces.
- Parking and garage, according to the listings.
Drawbacks:
- It is far from the town: guests agree that a car is needed and that there are hardly any services nearby.
- The beach in front is pebbly; for fine sand you have to travel to the urban beaches.

The complex appears under several names and in several listings, so it is worth clarifying what each score covers:
- Booking.com (8.7/10, 129 reviews) corresponds to the "Alquileres Cap y Corp" listing. Its sub-scores are high across the board: wifi 9.4, staff 9.3, cleanliness 9.1, value for money 8.9, comfort 8.8, location 8.6 and facilities 8.5.
- Google (4.2/5, 169 reviews) is the "Complejo Cap y Corp" listing. The themes Google highlights in its reviews are the pool, the stone beach, the development and the tennis. In the same place Google also shows another listing, "Complejo Cap i Corp", as accommodation, with 4.4 out of 5 and 85 reviews; we do not add it to the table so as not to duplicate the same complex.
- Central de Reservas (6.6/10) has a single review, from 2018, so it is hardly representative.
- The Atrápalo listing has no reviews and we have not found the complex on TripAdvisor or Expedia.
What guests like most. Peace and quiet is the most repeated theme: many guests consider it ideal for switching off. Next come the beach a couple of steps away with sea views, spacious, clean and well-equipped apartments with a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, the communal pool, the spacious terraces and the garage. The owner's or manager's service is also very well spoken of, and many customers say they return.
What is criticised. Some guests point out the lack of air conditioning, which is noticeable in heatwaves, and the distance to the town, which means using the car and leaves few services nearby. It is also mentioned that the beach is stone or pebbles, that the mattresses of extra beds, pillows and shutters could be better, and that towels are not included.
The guest profile is Spanish couples, families and older people, with many repeat visitors.
Our assessment
With almost 300 reviews and a score of 8.7 on Booking, Cap i Corp has a solid reputation. Its proposition is clear: the sea in front, pool, tennis and silence, in exchange for being far from the centre and having no air conditioning.
Strengths
- By the sea, with views from many terraces.
- Peace and quiet, highly valued by guests.
- Pool, tennis and garage.
- Spacious, well-equipped apartments.
- High, consistent scores on Booking, with many repeat customers.
Weaknesses
- No air conditioning, only fans, according to reviews.
- Far from the town and services: guests agree that a car is needed.
- Pebble beach in front; anyone who prefers fine sand will have to travel.
Ideal for. Couples and older people looking for rest by the sea, and families with a car who value the pool and calm more than the life of the seafront promenade. If you want to walk to restaurants and shops or need air conditioning, an apartment in the centre or at Romana beach will suit you better.
Surroundings and things to do from Cap i Corp
Beaches. Besides the beach in front, on the south coast of Alcossebre there are Manyetes, about 400 metres long and with a Blue Flag in 2026, with a quiet atmosphere, dunes and a nearby campsite, and Serradal-L'Estany, with rounded pebbles and very natural, with a small delta at the mouth of the San Miguel river and a designated dog area. To the north you will find El Moro (300 metres of fine sand between rocks, with lifeguards), Romana and Cargador beaches, the latter two with a Blue Flag.
By car. The centre of Alcossebre, with the seafront promenade and the Tuesday market in season, is a few minutes away by car. North of the town begins the Serra d'Irta Natural Park, with hiking and cycling routes from Cala Blanca and the lighthouse. In summer, to drive onto the park's coast you must book a space on the GVA Parcs Naturals app. About 9 km away is Alcalà de Xivert, and in July Capicorb celebrates the festival of Sant Antoni.
When to go to Cap i Corp
Thanks to its quiet atmosphere and its clientele of couples and older people, Cap i Corp is an interesting option outside August too. Alcossebre has more than 2,700 hours of sunshine a year and, according to the AEMET normals for the nearest station, average highs are around 21 °C in spring, 29-30 °C in summer and 23 °C in autumn. As the apartments have no air conditioning, June and September are especially recommended months: the sea is still warm and the heat is less intense. In the July and August heatwaves, some guests miss air conditioning.
Tips before booking
- Go by car. It is the most repeated recommendation: the complex is far from the town and there are hardly any services nearby.
- Do your shopping before arriving. With no shops next door, it is best to arrive with the basics.
- Bring towels and beach footwear. Towels are not included and the beach in front is pebbly.
- Ask about extra beds if you are going to use them: their mattresses are one of the points that could be improved according to guests.
