Residencial Palm Beach in Alcossebre is a development of townhouses in the southern part of Alcossebre, also known as Palm Beach bungalows, Palm Beach townhouses or Palm Beach development, and in some sources split into Palm Beach and Palm Beach II. It is a house-with-pool option near the sea, away from the centre. In this informative page we gather its location, its features and what public reviews reflect. We do not manage this complex or offer bookings in it.
Where Residencial Palm Beach is
Residencial Palm Beach is in the south of Alcossebre, the coastal area of Alcalà de Xivert (Castellón), along the stretch of the El Moro, Tres Platges and Manyetes beaches, about 300 metres from the sea. It shares its surroundings with the Bellamar complex, a few metres away.
It is a quiet residential area, away from the activity of the centre. The location has a score of 7.4 on Booking: the calm and the proximity to the sea are appreciated, but for day-to-day needs (shopping, restaurants, seafront promenade) it is practical to get around by car.
Advantages of the area:
- Peace and quiet, good for families.
- Sea about 300 metres away and several beaches nearby, with different profiles.
- Free parking, according to the Booking listing.
Drawbacks:
- The centre and its services are far away on foot.
- Fewer restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.
What Residencial Palm Beach is like
Palm Beach is a group of two-storey townhouses with a communal pool and a children's area. Guests describe spacious, quiet homes, equipped for family stays, and highlight that some have direct access to the pool from the terrace.
Services mentioned in the listing and the reviews:
- large pool;
- children's area;
- terrace and garden;
- free parking.
The homes are offered by different agencies. The complex appears on the portals mainly through Lloguers Altamar (as "Adosados Palm Beach Altamar") and also through Albert Villas, so the condition and equipment may vary between townhouses.

The average rating is low, but it needs to be read in context:
- Booking.com (5.8/10, 13 reviews) is the main listing, "Adosados Palm Beach Altamar". With so few reviews, the average is very sensitive to isolated experiences. In addition, the sub-scores are somewhat better than the overall rating: staff 8.5, cleanliness 7.8, value for money 7.5, location 7.4, facilities 7.4 and comfort 6.9.
- TripAdvisor (2.5/5) has only 2 reviews, on the "Bungalows Palm Beach" listing, and some of the criticism of neglected homes comes from old reviews.
- On Google there is "Alquileres Palm Beach" (5.0 out of 5 from 2 reviews), but it is an agency, not the complex, and we do not include it. The Central de Reservas listing, "Adosados Palm Beach Altamar", has no reviews.
What guests like most. Guests agree that the townhouses are spacious and quiet, suitable for families, and that the pool is large and, in some homes, directly accessible from the terrace. They also appreciate that they are well equipped for a few days with the family, and the friendliness of the staff, with the highest sub-score on Booking (8.5).
What guests criticise. The most frequent complaint is the cleanliness on arrival, which some guests consider poor. Others point to sagging beds and mattresses, limited kitchenware, no towels provided or a lack of toilet paper or soap, and a pool garden that is unkempt and has mosquitoes. Some old reviews also mention neglected homes.
The guest profile is Spanish families and groups.
Our assessment
Palm Beach offers something many families look for: a two-storey house with a pool near the sea in a quiet area. The few published reviews agree on that appeal and point to the preparation of the homes as the weak point.
Strengths, according to guests
- Spacious, quiet townhouses.
- Large pool, with access from the terrace in some homes.
- Children's area.
- Sea about 300 metres away and free parking.
Recurring weaknesses
- Cleanliness on arrival, the most frequent complaint.
- Beds and mattresses that could be better.
- Limited kitchenware and no towels.
- Few published reviews.
Who it may suit. Families and groups with a car who want space and a pool without depending on an apartment block, and who prioritise peace and quiet over proximity to the centre. Before booking, it is worth asking the agency about the specific townhouse, requesting current photos and bringing towels and a few basics.
Tips before booking at Palm Beach
- Ask which agency manages the townhouse. There are several in the complex and experiences may vary.
- Bring towels, toilet paper and soap. They are among the most frequently missing items.
- If you go in summer, bring repellent. Some guests mention mosquitoes in the pool garden.
- Do your shopping when you arrive in town. The complex is far from the shops in the centre.
