The Doña María apartments in Alcossebre (Residencial Doña María) form a residential complex with a pool and garden at Calle Xaloc, 11, in the south of the town. According to the agency that markets them, they are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments with free parking.
The homes belong to private owners. Some are rented seasonally through a local agency (Marineu), and others appear in sale listings. On Google there is an accommodation listing under the name Apartamentos Doña María, without reviews, and we have not found listings on Booking or the other portals. Casa Azahar does not manage apartments in Doña María or offer bookings there: this page is informational and independent.
Where the Doña María apartments in Alcocéber are
Doña María is in the south of Alcossebre, in the El Moro, Tres Platges and Manyetes area, about 700 metres from El Moro and Tres Playas beaches:
- El Moro beach: about 300 metres of fine sand between rocks, with lifeguards, showers and toilets, and a Blue Flag in 2026.
- Tres Platges (Tres Playas): three small chained coves of fine sand and pebbles; the bathing area is not supervised.
- Manyetes beach, a little further south: a quiet atmosphere, dunes and also a Blue Flag in 2026.
- Romana beach, to the north, linked to Cargador by the Senda Litoral.
It is a residential area away from the centre: the town, the marina and most shops are further away than from Cargador or Las Fuentes, so a car is handy.
