Las Villas de Las Fuentes, in Alcossebre, are recently built townhouses spread over three floors, with a closed garage in the house itself and a communal pool for the whole complex. They are in the northern part of the village, Las Fuentes, close to the marina and the first coves of the Sierra de Irta. They are marketed by Fantasía Hoteles.
This page is informational and independent: it has no connection with Fantasía Hoteles, and Casa Azahar does not manage these villas or offer bookings in them. At the end we point out Casa Azahar alternatives in the same area.
Where Las Villas de Las Fuentes are in Alcocéber
The villas are in the Las Fuentes area, north of the Alcossebre marina, in the direction of the Sierra de Irta. Guests highlight that they are close to coves and the beach, with a pleasant walk to the village, and that some villas have sea views.

Nearby beaches and coast:
- Las Fuentes beach (Les Fonts): about 400 metres of fine sand, with lifeguards, showers, a children's area and equipment hire in season, and freshwater springs that bubble up in the sand.
- Cala Blanca, next to the lighthouse: a small cove of sand and pebbles, the starting point of the natural park routes.
- Cala Mundina and Cala Ribamar, further north, with more difficult access and no services.
Advantages of the area: peace and quiet, marina, a beach with services and nature within a few minutes. Drawbacks: the shopping centre and Cargador beach are a long walk away; for some shopping and dinners it is handy to have a car, and here the garage is included.

- Free closed garage in the house itself.
- Communal pool that is pleasant and not very crowded.

Our assessment
Strengths
- Plenty of space and a bathroom per bedroom, ideal for sharing.
- Private garage included.
- Quiet pool and the Las Fuentes setting, with beach, marina and coves.
- Recent construction and a good comfort score.
Points to bear in mind
- The stairs on the three floors, not very convenient for older people or those with reduced mobility.
- According to reviews, the hot water runs out with large groups: it is best to stagger showers.
- Staff service is the lowest sub-score.
Who is it ideal for? For groups of friends and large families who value having a bathroom per room and their own garage, and who have no problem with stairs. For older people, a ground-floor apartment or one with a lift is better.
Tips if you are staying at Las Villas de Las Fuentes
- Bedroom allocation. Give the attic to children or to anyone who does not mind the low ceiling.
- Hot water. With large groups, space out the showers so as not to empty the tank.
- Kitchen without an oven. Plan your menus accordingly, or take the chance to try oven-baked rice and suquet de peix in the village restaurants.
- Mosquitoes. Bring a plug-in mosquito repellent.
- Times. With check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00, organise your arrival to make the most of the day.

In summary
In short: Las Villas de Las Fuentes are new three-storey villas with a garage and communal pool in the most nautical part of Alcossebre, designed for groups of up to 8 people. They win on space and bathrooms; they lose some comfort because of the stairs and hot water that is only just enough for large groups.
