The Playa del Moro apartments in Alcossebre occupy a residential building at the southern end of the town, a few steps from the beach that gives it its name. On OpenStreetMap it appears as "Edificio Playa del Moro Fase III", which indicates that it is part of a complex built in phases.
This is an independent informative page with what is known about the building and its surroundings.
Where the Playa del Moro building is
The building is in the El Moro, Tres Platges and Manyetes area, south of Romana beach. On the metasearch sites where it is advertised as "Marineu Playa del Moro", the address given is Carrer La Mar, 5, about 90 metres from the beach and with free parking.

El Moro beach is 300 metres long and about 30 wide, with fine sand between rocks, lifeguards, showers and toilets. It has a Blue Flag in 2026, like Carregador, Romana and Manyetes.
What the building is like
It is an apartment block for residential and holiday use. No other building facilities are listed beyond the parking mentioned in the listings, so we cannot confirm whether it has a pool, a lift or other facilities.
Holiday rental offer: as of the date of consultation (October 2026), the building has no listing of its own on Google Maps, Booking, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas. It only appears on some metasearch sites, marketed by Marineu, with no visible reviews. For that reason there are no ratings to analyse.
What is around
The southern stretch of Alcossebre is quiet and has several very different beaches within a short distance:
- Romana beach, to the north: 500 metres of fine sand, accessible and with a Blue Flag. From there, the Senda Litoral, a wooden boardwalk, leads on foot to Carregador.
- Tres Platges: three small linked coves of fine sand and pebbles, with an unsupervised bathing area.
- Manyetes or Tropicana: 400 metres, sand to the north and pebbles to the south, with dunes and a peaceful atmosphere; also with a Blue Flag.
- Carregador beach, the main one in the town, with a promenade, restaurants and a Blue Flag since 1987.
To the north of Alcossebre begins the Serra d'Irta Natural Park, with about 12 km of protected coastline and walking and cycling routes from Cala Blanca.
