Residencial Sol y Mar is in the south of Alcossebre (Alcalà de Xivert, Castellón), between Romana beach and Cargador beach. The two beaches it sits between are among the best equipped in the town:

- TripAdvisor (2.3 out of 5, 8 reviews) and Central de Reservas (5.8 out of 10, 12 reviews) correspond to the Apartamentos Sol y Mar 3000 listing, from another operator, with very old reviews, from 2011 to 2018, and low scores.
- Google (4.0 out of 5, 8 reviews) is a holiday-rental listing for a specific type, the two-bedroom apartment.
In addition, the Atrápalo listing (Sol y Mar 3000) has no reviews, and on Google other listings without a score appear, such as "Apartamentos Marineu Sol Y Mar", along with a private unit with a high score that has not been included because it does not represent the whole complex.
