The Tres Playas development in Alcossebre is on the southern stretch of the town's coast, facing the three coves that give it its name. It is a residential area of privately owned townhouses and apartments, with no reception and no single manager: each home is rented, if at all, on its own or through an agency.
This page is informative and independent: Casa Azahar does not manage homes in Tres Playas.
Where the Tres Playas development is in Alcocéber
The development lies between Calle Baldomet and the Bassa Espitges, in southern Alcossebre (Alcalà de Xivert, Castellón), facing the Tres Platges: three small linked coves, about 400 m in total, with fine sand and pebbles. According to Turisme Comunitat Valenciana it is an unsupervised bathing area, with no lifeguards.

If you prefer a sandy beach with services, nearby you have:
- El Moro beach, to the north: about 300 m of fine sand among rocks, with lifeguards, showers and toilets, and a Blue Flag in 2026.
- Manyetes (Tropicana), to the south: about 400 m, sand in the northern part and pebbles in the southern part, with dunes and a Blue Flag in 2026.
Advantages of the area: quiet and facing the sea. Drawbacks: the centre, the marina and most shops are far away, and for shopping or dinners out you almost always need a car.
What the development is like
Tres Playas brings together townhouses and apartments with a communal pool. The reviews of the house listed on Booking also mention private parking, a garden, a terrace and wifi in that home; we cannot guarantee that all the others in the complex have them.
Holiday rentals: agencies such as Albert Villas, Inmobiliaria Costa, InmoAlcossebre or Alcogestur rent homes in the development. It has no listings on Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Atrápalo or Central de Reservas.
Reviews: one specific house, not the whole development
The only listing with reviews is "Casa privada en primera línea - Tres Playas", by Albert Villas, on Booking.com: 7.4 out of 10 with 13 reviews (October 2026). These are ratings for that house, not the complex, and with few reviews the score is only indicative.
For it, location (8.1) and staff (8.4) score best; cleanliness (6.3) and comfort (6.1), worst. Guests highlight the quiet development with a pool, the proximity to the sea, the private parking and quick service. Some point out an untidy garden, cleanliness that could be better, no air conditioning, limited kitchenware and uncomfortable beds, and remind that the nearest cove is stony.
